Our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise

Your purchase comes with a unique 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the day of receipt:

• If the parcel takes longer than 3 months to arrive, I won't keep you waiting. I will either refund or re-send immediately.

• If for any reasons you are not thrilled or excited by your tea, I will return 100% of your money back.

You would have to return the unused tea to our Chinese office as I don't like to seeing tea leaves go to waste. Click for the postal address.

If you placed an exploratory small order, you might be able to keep the unsed tea.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials.
