Does anyone know of suppliers of green tea and extracts with fluoride almost all removed, called 'dialyzed'?

David, thank you for the post. Unfortunately I haven't heard about this type of chemically processed green tea or green tea extract. I wrote an article about this subject a while ago, which you can find here. Hopefully other people more knowledgeable can add to this post!
